Raut Masters operates the AI Resume Builder & Tracker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
By using AI Resume Builder & Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Account creation
AI Resume Builder & Tracker does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide authentication credentials.
2. Information entered by users
The app allows users to optionally enter information for creating a resume, including:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Address
Job title
Profile photograph
Education
Skills
Work experience
Projects
Certifications
Professional summary
Other resume-related information
Providing this information is optional. However, some details may be needed to generate a complete resume.
The app may also allow users to manually enter information about jobs or internships they have applied for, such as:
Company name
Job title
Application date
Application status
Notes or related information
3. Local device storage
Resume information, profile details, job application records, selected templates, and generated documents are primarily stored locally on the user’s device.
Raut Masters does not operate a user-account database or Firebase backend for storing this information.
Because this data is stored locally:
Uninstalling the app may permanently remove saved information.
Clearing the app’s storage may delete saved resumes and application records.
Raut Masters may not be able to recover deleted information.
Users are responsible for backing up exported PDF files when necessary.
4. AI resume generation
The app uses the Groq API to provide AI-assisted resume-generation features.
When a user chooses to generate resume content using AI, relevant information entered into the resume builder may be transmitted to Groq for processing. This may include information such as education, skills, experience, projects, job title, professional summary, and other information included in the AI request.
Information is sent to Groq only when required to provide the AI-generation feature.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into AI-generated prompts or resume fields.
Groq processes submitted information according to its own terms, privacy practices, and data-retention settings. Groq states that customer data is not retained by default unless certain persistence or reliability features apply, and Zero Data Retention may be available through its data controls. (GroqCloud)
Raut Masters does not use resume information submitted to Groq for advertising or selling personal information.
5. PDF creation and device storage
Users can generate or export resumes as PDF documents.
Generated PDF files are stored on the user’s device or in a location selected by the user. The app may request access necessary to create, save, open, or share these documents.
Raut Masters does not automatically upload exported PDF files to its own servers.
Users are responsible for deciding where PDF files are stored and with whom they are shared.
6. Job Application Tracker
The Job Application Tracker is a manual organizational feature.
Users can add job applications and manually update their application status. The app does not automatically access:
Email accounts
Recruitment websites
Employer systems
LinkedIn accounts
Interview messages
Application-status notifications
Job-tracker information remains stored locally on the device unless the user independently shares or exports it.
7. Google Play Billing
The app may offer premium resume templates or other paid features through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Raut Masters does not directly receive or store users’ complete payment-card or banking details.
Google may process information related to purchases, payment methods, transaction history, fraud prevention, and account verification according to Google’s own Privacy Policy.
The app may receive limited purchase information from Google Play, such as:
Whether a purchase was completed
The purchased product
Purchase status
Purchase token
Subscription or entitlement status, where applicable
This information is used only to confirm purchases and provide access to paid features.
8. Data collected by Raut Masters
Raut Masters does not intentionally collect or maintain a remote database containing users’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, resumes, job applications, or exported PDF files.
However, information may be processed by third-party services necessary for app functionality, including:
Groq, for AI-assisted resume generation
Google Play, for billing and purchase processing
Google Play requires developers to disclose data processing performed by third-party APIs, libraries, and SDKs in the app’s Data safety declaration. (Google Support)
9. Data sharing
Raut Masters does not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.
Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
Groq
Relevant resume information may be transmitted to Groq when the user requests AI-assisted content generation.
Google Play
Purchase and transaction-related information is processed through Google Play when users buy premium features.
Legal requirements
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, court order, or government request.
Because most app information is stored locally, Raut Masters may not possess the requested user information.
10. Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally remains on the user’s device until the user:
Deletes the information inside the app
Clears the app’s data
Deletes an exported file
Uninstalls the app
Because no user account is required, users do not need to contact Raut Masters to delete locally stored information.
Information temporarily processed by Groq or Google is subject to those providers’ respective retention and deletion practices.

Raut Masters takes reasonable measures to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.
However, no mobile device, storage method, internet transmission, API, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should:
Protect their devices with a password, PIN, or biometric lock
Avoid entering highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for a resume
Review generated content before exporting or sharing it
Store exported PDF files securely
Avoid sharing resumes with untrusted recipients
12. Permissions
Depending on the device and Android version, the app may request permissions or system access for functions such as:
Selecting a profile image
Accessing the camera or gallery, where applicable
Saving or opening PDF files
Sharing exported resumes
Accessing the internet for AI generation and billing
Permissions are used only for the features for which they are requested.
Users can manage app permissions through their Android device settings.
13. Children’s privacy
AI Resume Builder & Tracker is intended primarily for students, freshers, job seekers, and working-age users.
The app is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
Raut Masters does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or remote user database. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has submitted personal information through an external service may contact Raut Masters at:

Google may also process billing-related information in different countries according to its service infrastructure and legal requirements.
By choosing to use these features, users acknowledge that relevant information may be processed outside their region.

Raut Masters may update this Privacy Policy when:
