PRIVACY POLICY FOR CLOUDLINK
Effective Date: September 19, 2026
CloudLink is developed and operated by Raut Masters. This Privacy Policy explains how CloudLink accesses, processes, stores, and transfers information when you use the application.
CloudLink is a multi-cloud storage management application that allows users to connect supported third-party cloud storage services, including Google Drive, Dropbox, pCloud, Yandex Disk, and other services that may be supported in the future.
CloudLink currently does not require users to create a separate CloudLink account.
1. INFORMATION CLOUDLINK PROCESSES
CloudLink may process information necessary to provide its cloud storage management features.
When you connect a supported cloud storage provider, CloudLink may access information made available by that provider, including:
• File and folder names
• File paths
• File sizes
• File types
• File modification dates
• Folder structures
• Storage usage information
• Available storage information
• Files selected for viewing, downloading, uploading, editing, or deletion
• Basic account information provided by the connected cloud storage provider
CloudLink accesses this information only when necessary to provide features requested by the user.
CloudLink does not request or collect your cloud storage account password.
Authentication with supported cloud storage providers is performed through the provider's own authentication or OAuth authorization system.
2. FILES AND DOCUMENTS
CloudLink allows users to browse, upload, download, stream, open, edit, manage, delete, or move files stored in supported cloud storage services.
When you perform one of these actions, files or file-related information may be transferred between your device and the cloud storage provider selected by you.
Such transfers occur as a direct result of actions initiated by the user, including:
• Uploading a file
• Downloading a file
• Opening a file
• Streaming a file
• Editing a file
• Saving modifications
• Deleting a file
• Moving a file to trash
• Browsing cloud folders
• Searching connected cloud storage
CloudLink does not operate its own general-purpose cloud file storage service.
CloudLink does not intentionally permanently store copies of users' cloud files on CloudLink servers.
Temporary data may be processed in memory or temporarily cached when necessary to complete file transfers, streaming, previews, or other requested operations.
3. CLOUD STORAGE ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION
CloudLink allows users to connect supported third-party cloud storage accounts.
Supported services may include:
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• pCloud
• Yandex Disk
CloudLink may securely store authorization tokens or session information required to keep connected cloud accounts authorized.
These credentials are used only to communicate with the cloud provider authorized by the user.
CloudLink does not collect or store users' cloud provider passwords.
Users can disconnect individual cloud accounts from CloudLink through the application's account management settings.
CloudLink may also provide a "Disconnect All" option that removes locally stored cloud account sessions.
Disconnecting a provider from CloudLink does not delete files stored in that provider.
Users may also revoke CloudLink's authorization directly through the account or security settings of the respective cloud provider.
4. ADVERTISING
CloudLink may display advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process certain information, which may include:
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers
• Application interactions
• Advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic information
• Device information
• Application information
This information may be processed for purposes including:
• Displaying advertisements
• Measuring advertisement performance
• Advertising
• Analytics
• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Detecting invalid traffic
Where required by applicable law or platform policies, CloudLink uses Google's consent mechanisms before requesting advertising-related data.
Users with an active ad-free subscription or entitlement may not be shown advertisements while that entitlement remains valid.
More information about Google's privacy practices can be found at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. GOOGLE PLAY BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
CloudLink may offer paid subscriptions or premium functionality through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play.
CloudLink does not directly receive or store users' credit card numbers, debit card numbers, banking credentials, or other payment card information.
To verify a subscription, CloudLink may transmit information such as:
• Application package name
• Subscription product ID
• Google Play purchase token
to CloudLink's subscription verification server.
The verification server may communicate with the Google Play Developer API to determine whether a subscription is authentic, active, expired, canceled, refunded, revoked, pending, paused, or otherwise valid.
CloudLink does not use payment information for purposes unrelated to subscription management.
The CloudLink backend may retain limited subscription verification information for security, fraud prevention, entitlement verification, and auditing.
Where implemented, raw Google Play purchase tokens may be replaced with cryptographic hashes for stored verification records.
6. APP USAGE, ADVERTISING, AND DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION
Third-party services integrated into CloudLink, including Google Mobile Ads, may process information relating to:
• App interactions
• Device identifiers
• Approximate location
• Application performance
• Diagnostic information

• Precise GPS location
• Contacts
• SMS or MMS messages
• Health information
• Fitness information
• Calendar information

These services may include:
• Google Drive
• Google Play
• Google AdMob
• Dropbox
• pCloud
• Yandex Disk
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, terms of service, and data handling practices.
CloudLink is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
Users should review the privacy policies and terms of any cloud storage service they connect to CloudLink.
10. DATA SHARING
CloudLink does not sell personal data.
CloudLink may transfer information to third-party cloud providers when necessary to perform an action specifically requested by the user.
For example, when a user selects a document and chooses to upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, pCloud, Yandex Disk, or another supported provider, CloudLink transfers the selected file to that provider.
Similarly, when a user chooses to open or download a cloud file, the file is transferred from the selected cloud storage provider to the user's device.
Third-party SDKs integrated into CloudLink, such as Google Mobile Ads, may independently collect or process certain information according to their own privacy practices.
11. DATA SECURITY
CloudLink uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the application.
Network communication with supported cloud services and CloudLink backend services uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections where applicable.
Sensitive backend credentials, private keys, service-account credentials, and similar server secrets are not intended to be included directly in the publicly distributed Android application.
OAuth authorization is performed using provider-supported authentication mechanisms.
However, no internet-connected application or service can guarantee absolute security.
12. DATA RETENTION
CloudLink generally retains locally stored account authorization and application information only for as long as necessary to provide the application's functionality.
Users can disconnect individual cloud accounts or disconnect all connected cloud accounts through CloudLink settings.
Disconnecting an account removes applicable CloudLink access information but does not automatically delete files stored with the cloud storage provider.
Cloud files remain under the control of the respective cloud storage provider and the user.
Limited subscription verification information may be retained by the CloudLink backend for security, fraud prevention, subscription verification, and auditing purposes.
13. USER CHOICES AND CONTROLS
CloudLink gives users control over several aspects of their data and connected services.
Users may:
• Choose which cloud storage providers to connect
• Choose which files to upload
• Choose which files to download
• Disconnect individual cloud accounts
• Disconnect all connected cloud accounts
• Revoke CloudLink access through the respective cloud provider
• Manage advertising privacy choices where available
• Clear CloudLink application data through Android settings
• Uninstall CloudLink
Users remain responsible for managing files stored with their third-party cloud providers.
14. ACCOUNT CREATION
The current version of CloudLink does not require users to create a separate CloudLink account.
Users instead authorize existing cloud storage accounts directly through the respective providers.
If CloudLink introduces its own user account system in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain account information, authentication, cross-device access, data retention, and account deletion procedures.
15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
CloudLink is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
CloudLink does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children.
Use of third-party services, including cloud storage providers and Google services, may also be subject to the age requirements and parental consent requirements established by those services and applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to CloudLink, third-party services, legal requirements, security practices, or Google Play policies.
The latest version of this Privacy Policy will be made available through the privacy policy URL associated with CloudLink.
